Nope - 1) if it was ball lightening, there would be a change in room lighting; 2) in animal behavior; and 3) the cat simply blinked. Likely a piece of dust fell by the camera edge.

I see them and deal with the bullshit daily from it. My house has issues only Myself and the cats deal with most . Others have had weird voices hisses and hits as well. Crazy .
