Lol. They keep calling the machines at the org factory "High Tech" and saying can she "understand" it whe she spent 20 yrs working on them. Meanwhile the machines she fixed at the 2nd factory were the truly high tech machines.

The story is all about humility, kindness, talent, stupidity and stubbornness. Humility, kindness and talent 1:49:57 win over among others a million amount and patronizing own products as an excellent idea. Excellent story, actor and actresses performed well. I like the drama story as well. I wish many would learn from it.

Excellent story line. Many companies do this. Throw away the elders with knowledge and experience all to favor those with a college degree but lack training and skill even when they're being taught. Both are needed to make a succesful business. Thanks for posting.
