The best Neuvillette build is HP/Hydro/HP only IF you have his signature. If you have the craftable or the battlepass weapon, then his best is HP/Hydro/Crit

i would assume that HP Hydro HP main stats would be better on the Widsith and Hp Hydro Crit be better on Prototpye amber for the Free to plays. For people with tome of eternal flow however, I would assume it would be based on the substats for Crit vs HP goblet

hp goblet crit circlet should be the play if you have a crit weapon and it's better with furina on the team

my neuvi has 280 crit dameg and only do 14k per tick

real best build: get 300% crit dmg with a HP% on both goblet and sands with circlet crit dmg and 30% crit rate ( marachesse idk hunter set 4 pc) + HP as extra sub stats other than crit

I have him on 34 k hp without hydro resonanace 65 cr with the hunters set with 227 cd 65/227 34 k hp running him on a hydro damage goblet With furina he have 38k hp Is my build good enough ?

Meanwhile my C1 lvl 90 Neuvilette with Talent 10/10/10 , Prototype Amber and lvl 20 HP artifacts. Handing just 20k damage per sec 🥺

My neuvillette has 51-57k hp (2 hydro in party) with 259 crit dmg and 75 crit rate. He is strong enough to defeat everything. Yes, he is c0.
