Yes there is a tear. It just never drop. even on 3.4 trailer, we can see tears. they just evaporate before it land and during full transformation, it evaporate before it fell. His true forms is just the form of truest destruction and the heat from it is extremely hot.

Phainon saying its to a wish to Castorice is mainly for the fact that the simple wish of being NORMAL shouldnt be just that, a wish. You can interpret it as him either saying it shouldnt be a wish for her to be normal, or that he sees her as a normal human even with her curse.

If you didn't noticed, at the end when the title logo shows with the express train the countdown ticked up to 33550336 which is our current loop where TB and Dan Hang got into amphoreus. Before that was all snip bits from previous cycles and if you catch some fast shots of Phainon suffering alone which in our cycle where he's standing together with us. Also those children where the two that looks like Cas and Pollus, the rest of the kids might also be the other titans we fought or meet before, especially Mestia, Aquila/Cerces, Nikador, and Zagreus.

The "That not a wish" reply from phainon to Cas is more like he doesn't want Cas to wish like that because in his eyes she already normal and because the cruel fate Cas have make phainon sad that "wanting to be normal" is her biggest wish
