A friend of mine started begaving like this out of the blue....he became extremely volatile, verbally abusie, aggressive seemingly overnight. The bad behaviour went on for a good few years. One morning he could not get out of bed, was taken to ER, and ultimately diagnosed with a walnut-sized brain tumor. After removal of the tumor, he was back to being a pleasant person once more.
