can you explain why its "は" in the first example ? I thought it would be 肉が好きですか because the doesn't show that niku is the topic but I guess I am wrong here ... I always get confused about when to use ha and when to use ga :(

isn't suppose to remove the い in the いadj  before そうです in order to mean "it's look like" or  " it' seems " ؟
