the mainstat you want depends highly on the weapon you're using, Hp/hydro/crt and hp/hydro/hp performs similarly the best and you can just use the artifacts with better substats. Though if you're using prototype amber, getting more HP is diminishing returns so crt circlet is generally the best likewise if you're using his signature weapon which gives a lot of crt stats, giving him HP circlet will actually be just as good if not better than using crt circlet. nerdy talk: one way to look at it is assigning stat points. for example we have a total of 9 stat points. lets say we give 5 points to HP, 3 to dmge bonus, and 1 to crt. so it would look like 5x3x1 = 15. now lets see if we distribute the stats more evenly so now it looks like 3x3x3 which is still a total of 9 stat points, now its equal to 27. Same amount of stat points but one gives a bigger number. 5x3x1 would be similar to using prototype amber with hp circlet 3x3x3 would be similar to using prototype amber with crt circlet

One important note anyone building Neuvillette should take away is that this can change based on the team he is used in and your own personal sub stats. As an example, HP/HP/Crit can be the same or better (as compared to HP/hydro/Crit) in a team with Furina and/or Kazuha. Sub stats are important

Imo, i think it highly depends on the rest of ur build Running him with furina gives a dmg (used in the same area in the dmg formula) and kazuha gicvs elemental buff from his buff so i think the goblet varies in most cases (and ur weapon obvi)

It matters a lot which team you use him in, and what you have on him. (What im writing bellow is for any CV weapon) If you use him with Furina or Furina+Kazuha double HP will be slightly better damage-wise because of huge multipliers from other sources,and a lot better investment-wise sibce you do not have to slave away for good/perfect hydro goblet/CV circlet. In other teams hp+hdmgb+cv will be slightly better, tho Id still settle with double hp since the difference is not that big.
