I quit my job in 2017 and started UPSC preps. However realised in 2019 that it's more of a vicious circle and got back into corporate. Never looked back since then and pretty much happy in my corporate job

Indian bureaucrats are single handedly responsible for this stagnant system of ours. There is a polarising difference between productivity of a corporate employee and a government employee.

I would blame most coaching institutes who exploit children and make fools out of them giving false hopes and unrealistic expectations from life. These coaching mafias are the most toxic and also responsible for misguiding youths and wasting all their potential.

If Government can't provide Government jobs to every student then they should atleast make laws on free Industrial Internships for fresher graduates, Minimum wages, maximum working hours and job security for corporate employees.

I have cracked NDA 3 TIMES, CDS , AFCAT , AND a few state exams as well , Govt jobs are good, but definitely not the only option.

I can really empathize with that. I spent two years pursuing my dream of becoming an Officer in the Indian Army, but unfortunately, I didn't succeed. During that time, I lost focus on my career and, ultimately, lost the love of my life as well. Her parents arranged her marriage to someone else, and she couldn't stand up for our relationship. After losing her, I came to accept that the Army wasn't my calling, and I moved forward. Today, I've become someone she might have stood up for, but sadly, I lost my chance at love.
