7:48 when u use your ex special to parry with caesar you can press ex special again to do a shield bash that does a lot of daze. You can also do the shield bash after a swap parry.

At 1:41:00, when the screen grays out like that, it means the character you're on cannot parry any more hit, and you need to either dash away or defense parry with the next character. In this boss case, his thing is that all his attacks cannot be parried except one where you need to defend with all 3 characters to impair him.

A bit of explanation for what was going on with Defensive Assist at 1:40:50: Some enemy attacks aren’t entirely countered by Defensive Assist — you can still block the attack, but you can’t use the assist follow-up attack. The only real indicator for this (aside from the follow-up not triggering despite how much you mash the button) is a flash of a static filter across the screen while the character is being knocked back from blocking it. Some of these attacks also have other special effects — for example, the Typhoon Destroyer (again, 1:40:50) will use that same attack a second time if it’s blocked with Defensive Assist, and a third time if it’s blocked the second time. If you block all three of these attacks with Defensive Assist, it will instantly trigger the Impaired effect. These kinds of attacks are pretty rare — exclusive to the BIG big bosses (as in usually the ones with some kind of story relevance) as far as I know. Off the top of my head, I know the Dead End Butcher has one, and I’m fairly certain the Unknown Corruption Complex does as well.

1:50:18 I haven't finished watching your video, so not sure if you already figured it out, but the middle boss in deadly assault requires you to defensive assist 3 times in a row to deal massive daze and basically eliminate the need for a stunner agains the boss :) Make sure the characters you bring can defensive assist since it won't work with evasive assist chracters.
