I love how they write "BLACK CARD" on the black card and "GOLD CARD" on the gold card just in case you (or your many admirers) aren't bright enough to figure it out.

I love credit cards. I have the Chase Sapphire Reserve and Amex Platinum. I literally use my cards for every single purchase that I make. The perks that I get with these cards pretty much cancels out the annual fees. But I will caveats that credit cards should not be used if you don’t intent on paying it off in full each month

I used to get Starbucks every SINGLE day. Sometimes twice a day. I've been clean a whole month off of all sugary drinks including soda as part of getting healthy. I have the Starbucks card and now it's useless to me. Looking for a new visa to replace it so I can still get something when I shop at costco since they don't take amex.

I think having one solid card is important and ultimately needed to of course build a credit score. I keep it really simple with a capital one quick silver which gives 1.5% cash back anywhere and everywhere without any travel fees...
