It's not about the sound quality, it's about the build quality and how long you plan to keep playing the guitar. Are you buying guitar to learn music or you just want to play specific songs over it and be done with it.

Anyone who's been playing guitar for years would say the 15k one sounds better and will last longer. Also both the guitars were not perfectly tuned. 1.5k one is definitely better for beginners who are just getting into the whole music scene and who are not that committed to it or just want a basic guitar to learn on and then maybe thinking about upgrading.
