This actually helped my insomnia. I would put It in the speakers when I was suffering with it when I was 13. My parents still talk to me about how creepy that therapy was for me😂

I came to the conclusion that facing your fears via meditation. Is a good mental/spiritual test. Just because you listen to spooky music. Does not mean you have to be conquered by your own fears. Face them

Im listening to this at night and i felt the relax tingles all over my body that i could barely move because i was so very relax and tingleing all over me and some of the parts scare me a bit but i love it that i fall asleep to this.❤❤❤
