I've learned to see these people coming to a certain extent. From a tactical standpoint it's often better to let them through as they're inevitably going to crash and possibly take another driver out which is then a net gain in positions.

Tracks like Spa that everybody "knows" really brings out the worst drivers to play. Places like Oulton are nice because they just kill anyone who cant drive it really early on and then the rest of the race is fantastically clean.
