@oWest_

shoutout to @Joyconic for wasting a sea snail for this short :D

@snailfen

the sound that plays when you first meet O.R.C.A. is the Wii U startup sound played at a different pitch!

@Cookdyeast

just got the N-Zap irl i’m wanted across the country now

@Crymzon1980

The N-Zap can't get all the glory, don't forget the S-Blast series are based of the Super NES' Super Scope 6, the more you know :D

@CodeKirby

I like to think that the beakons tap into the live feed that lets you hear your teamates

@aced7409

I didn’t know about the Gamecube thing, that's so cool!

@Kno_2-d8h

The GameCube sound is the craziest thing I’ve ever learned especially since splatoon has been out for about a century, AND I NEVER NOTICED.

Edit: *decade

@GottaGoGeorge

I feel that the beakons are little radio towers or something to transmit a signal to be able to super jump. Thats why salmon run maps you can't super jump because either there is no signal of too many interference in those signals that make the super jumps possible, and I think that's why in normal battles you can, because the SJ waves are protected.

@ExGanonMain

Wait a minute… if the Beakons have distorted inkling and octoling noises, and you can super jump to them as if they were your teammates, does that mean they are inklings and octolings in the beakons?

@bestevil.

Daily Uploads start here if anyones wondering!

@greenberrygk

The ability sound thing seems so obvious in hindsight but it’s still crazy

@Justabitham

I think the beckon makes those noises because it might be tapping into radio waves, I might be crazy or my ears are still waking up but the people talking sound like Callie saying stay fresh, a bit sounds like pearl saying part of dont get cooked get off the hook, and then the last on sounds like that one octo expansion song

@mtatters3603

Squid beacons inkling noises could just be like radio noises or something

@xelen.the.gastrodon

Rob being a low damage turret would be a great idea

@numberonearies4791

I think the distortrd inkling sounds from the beacon is meant to be radio sounds. Since it can track players and display them on your map, i think it makes the most sense

@dosneygaming

That GameCube fact is so cool

@Ren-u9p

I've had the Nintendo Zapper for absolute years now. Still don't regret pretending it was a real gun.

@Inktheaxolotlrabbit

That is like my main reason why I love the N-Zap (and conveniently main it)

@Kids_Scissors

I knew that reroll sound effect was familiar

@NOSA.L0L

Fun fact: the n zap is also featured in terraria under the name "grey zappinator" its an unofficial collab
