To be fair, starfield is unoptimized slop.
My 1060 served me faithfully from 2017 to 2023 when BG3 finally forced my hand to upgrade. Still a damn good card
ngl the fact it can even run cyberpunk is kinda insane
In my opinion the best way to enjoy older hardware is to play period correct games from back when the card and CPU were relevant, there are a lot of great older games ou there that might still be a fresh experience fou you
I’m also using 1060 6GB since 2018 and it still holds up pretty well with thanks to FSR Performance mode 👍🏼
I had a 1060 3gb, and it failed. Then i was given a 1gb 710, and it sucked. Then one day, my 1060 resurrected itself. Using it to this day, its pretty nice for me.
Me with the 3gb version 💀
I legit have a 1060 6gb ROG and im gaming just fine🤯 Keep up the good work👍
The 1060 3gb served me faithfully for nearly 7 years. Only finally upgraded earlier this year.
My 2GB GTX960 still holds up today after 10 years. I’ll probably cast it in resin when I finally upgrade in the next year or so.
Me with my gtx 750 ti 🗿
I'm still rocking my 1060 3GB that I bought off a friend during the pandemic. I barely use my PC, so it doesn't bother me much. But Davinci Resolve is starting to give me warnings about needing more VRAM...
My 1060 6gb chefs kiss 2016 to 2021 RIP. Gone but not forgotten 😂
hey- just upgraded from my 3 gig 1060. i don’t recommend getting that in 2024 at all. fortnite on performance mode was struggling.
Speaking of $50 seemed to expensive so for a LEgacy build that I had I figured I would give the HP Version a try given that it was within my 50-$60 budget
Going from an aging 2014 r7 m260 to a gtx 1060 is a MASSIVE upgrade bcz atleast i have more vram that isint gddr3
I just replaced my GTX 970 with a 7700 XT, feels liberating after 10 years😂
Watching this with my 1060 6gb that has served me my whole life with no problems😮
Gt 1030 2gb on top
