For new folks, you have to purchase the upgraded tools in order. He showed the costs of them, other than iridium costing 25k and 5 iridium bars, but was not clear that you can not just skip to the better quality. There is also a wait time of a few days, so be mindful about this. if you upgrade your watering can today you will not be able to water tomorrow. Watch for rainy days.

Me and my gf played this for the 1st time 2 or 3 weeks ago? I wouldn't lie. This game was really fun. Me and my gf would enjoy for hours and hours just to decorate and aim for the achievements

I pick Agriculturalist for faster growth, then switch to Artisan in winter to sell all of my artisan goods (jellies, pickles, wines) I've been building up and aging in casks all year. Though this strategy is more viable from year 2 and beyond when you have the infrastructure to do it at scale.

Im still trying to figure out what’s the point of making artisan goods out of iridium quality items? Seems like sometimes you get iridium artisan items and most machines you don’t - so do I just sell the iridium item and only make artisan goods out of regular items? This is confusing a bit
