The Chinese engineers just did the math, which when you scale it up to vast projects like this, is actually quite simple. It does require some imagination, which Einstein correctly said is the most important mental skill. Western engineers are constrained by their witless employers who are fearful of their own shadows. What a waste of talent.

Modern airport development is nothing new in China, from the sea to the rugged mountains. What is more astonishing is that all their airports will be link to a futuristic 'cosmoport' in North-Western China by HSR !!!! This COSMOSPORT city is where outer space crafts take off & landing at ease, as though there is an 'invisible highway ' into orbital exploration,research & transportation. Russian, North Korea & Iranian space scientists & cosmonauts together with Chinese space workforce will carry out all kind of space missions & programs. ๐๐๐ Good bye NASA & Pasadena!!!!!

China does capitalism much better than the United States has ever done. America has made corruption a part of the government, much like Russia, China takes corruption serious and has very bad consequences for those committing corruption. I have been amazed by China for the past40 years. Wish I could visit one day and see the history.
