I noticed seeing those a few nights ago. I also had a plasma looking, orb come to me. Not like you see on videos. Just an orb. Definitely with intention, came to me and sat right on top of my legs. The most positive feeling energy Ive ever felt. It went by the end of my couch, into my bedroom. Its door is on the opposite wall. Came back out in about two seconds. Then directly to me. Had my legs up on the couch. Back against the arm rest. It sat down right on top of my legs. Completely sober and wide awake. It was amazing.

I believe it to be one of your many helpers on the other side perhaps it was Sarah? My dear friend who had a NDE and is very connected to the other side had something like this show up in one of her videos and she said it was one of her helpers ( soul group) from the other side giving her strength while she was talking about trauma in her life
