Okay so people are saying its the letter E, and that doesnt really satisfy me. The letter E does not "happen" twice a week, it appears twice in the word "week." The true answer to the puzzle in the literal way it is worded is "nothing"; if something happens twice in one week it necessarily happens at least twice in one year. The only exception is if you are talking about any abritrary event, and the specific week in which the event occured twice did not take place during the specific year in which the event occurred once. Then the answer is "anything"
