They dont have to be active. You dont even need the code for them. You just need to find their location and even then you only need to find ONE of them, not both if i remember right. Also the fire at boat is always lit now.

idk for you guys but for me the task changed, it's telling me to actually extract through ZB 1012 and the optional objective is just blank lol Edit: it's a translation problem lol, my main language is Spanish and for some reason they wrote something completely different in the task objectives
