That’s very cool and tempting to see what I could do with a voice clone. I’ve been hooked on Suno from day one because I’m a songwriter who doesn’t sing and have a lifetime of disappointing singers trying to sing my stuff and not delivering results. I almost don’t even want to change anything about my current workflow of recording demos and getting cover versions of them from Suno that fill in the gaps and elevate my songs to be much closer to their full potential. Throwing my own voice clone almost feels like a step backwards 😂 But I also am still only making music as a hobby and still think of most of my work as demos. Unless Suno or one of the free options can deliver extraordinary results I don’t see myself investing any more in it than I already am with Suno. Could be cool though.

As a so-so singer, I've tried a few of these, and my take is the better your singing you upload to these apps (Kits, Controlla, etc) the better output you'll get. But a key doesn't seem to be perfect pitch and timing - some say don't even worry about it, but the more dynamic, clear, and expressive, plus singing your range in both notes, as well as various volume is key. And yes, the more of your singing you upload, the more accurate it captures you. But there's another "issue" here that may bug some people. You can take a song from Suno and have Kits replace your voice, but "your" voice will mimic the inflections of the "original" Suno singer. Now, if you don't care, you're good. But it also may bug some people, especially if you can sing a little, and have some training, even if you're not a "real" singer (my situation!), and have an ear expecting to really, truly sound like a better you.

Bob, This is a great video. Thank you for posting! Your dedication to helping others in the AI space is not going on recognized. I'm sure many of us wouldn't have known about some of these platforms. I wasn't aware of "Kits AI". Sounds like a great competitor to Audimee AI.

노래 잘하시네요🙂 suno4.5가 많이 좋아졌는데 경음악이나 리얼리티 밴드 반주는 아직 약하네요. 그런 부분은 udio가 좋은것 같아요. 특리 brass가 들어가는 bigband음악, jazz, strings orchestra같은건 차이가 많이 나네요. 하지만 udio는 쓰기가 매우매우 불편하구요 ㅎㅎ

This is fantastic! Suno's Personas, which say they are in Beta, don't work for replicating a singer's voice BUT with this workaround, I could use the stemmed version of the persona to train the model in Kits and then remake the songs with that persona. Thank you!
