I sometimes can't believe how much explanation a video like this would give to "Reroll" on a character. That is the least complicated aspect of this game after the main menu.

3 downtime, 3 bedtime gives +2 moral bonus and I believe is functionally the same.

I don't think a free skill is complementary with an interest in the same category. E.g. a free tier 2 skill is usually worth 2 morale points, but if the dupe has an interest, it only saves you 1 morale.
