I've listened to a lot of Static covers for a project of mine, and this is one of my personal favorites! The tuning is really nice, and IA's voice is decipherable. I also like a lot of the smaller changes, like how unique the “hmmm?” sounds, and IA's voice slowly fading in right after the “don't change the channel” segment. My only real issue is that the instrumental slightly overpowers the vocals during the first chorus. Overall, great job! Will definitely be checking out more of your stuff soon.
