6th generation holy moly, such a great behind the counter exploring how business thrive through generations
5:20 "and I watch stuff on the internet." Ah, I see you're a man of culture as well, ojisan.
Your behind the counter videos are some of my favorites to watch and rewatch. Thanks for all your work in making these videos.
His wife is VERY Beautiful. I knew she was some sort of model. So a fitness model but the kind that competes in muscle. She looks so strong and wow! Lucky guy
Misuki is absolutely georgeus🥳
this guy has a dream life, keeping his family tradition alive, and with beautiful wife and kids
I love supporting people like this!! Family-run businesses like this CARE for their customers and do not cut corners just to earn a bit more profit like greedy capitalist corporations. I hope the son will continue the business!
You can tell this's a very loving family
Sugiyama-san seems like such a down to earth kind guy. What a fun episode
I grew up in Puerto Rico back in the 1960's, lots of family run businesses, unfortunately, little by little , were replaced by supermarkets and major chain stores, appreciate you keep showing this behind the counter series they reflect respect to the "old" ways and how some folks still appreciate their traditions kudos 👏
I love these type of video. It warms my chef-trained heart.
mizuki is BEAUTIFUL
That spring with the koi fish is ingenious.
Damn she's a superwoman. I am not talking about the bodybuilding lol. Juggling kids, home life and helping out at the business is nuts and it's daily.
i love that you are posting more and more “behind the counter” and “day in the life” videos now. they’re my favourite series on youtube.
I just bought fish cake from a shop like 5 minutes ago, this timing is crazy 🤨
Always interesting to watch family-owned businesses like this. Can see how they enjoy what they do and continuing the legacy of their family. The workers seem to really enjoy the workplace. The fish cake looks good too.
I love multi-generational families living together.
From India, such a great family run place. The couple is amazing. And may I say, the whole place looks so clean and hygienic. I have never even had fish cakes. But I love how the Japanese keep their traditions alive.
