i did think it was strange how low quality this show's uploads were, but ive seen many people use old cameras well into the 2010s so it wasnt out of the question that it was just an especially low budget production. it being from the early 2000s makes a lot more sense

This video is definitely from the early 2000's, a lot of programs or organizations will try to preserve old recordings and tapes digitally, and uploading them to YouTube. It's neat!

I’m 44 now and I remember that show being on tv when I was a little boy. I’m guess before 2000. 🤔 I lived in NS Canada at the time.

Also, someone is tapping on a live mic to signal something - and the therapist changes what he does when it happens. There are a few double-taps and a triple/quad tap to end the session. Weird.
