Rebuke of the Vaal with spellblade support basically more than triples your base damage from a level 21 gem. Spell damage shield in your offhand, inquisitor to ignore that your elements are all over the place, have fun.

Seeing this got me wanting to play BV again after literally years. One question about endgame occultist ver what is the differance between[profane bloom+chest with additional curse,spell crit, aura effect] and [additional curse ascendancy+explody chest with aura effect]? all I can think of is that explody chest scales with cold convert but how effective is that compared to profane bloom explosions? the other option gives spell crit but Im not sure yet how hard it would be to cap crit(Im planning to not use brittle in endgame ver). Would appreciate any and all thoughts and advice.
