This is easily the best strategy for keeping the fire under control while carrying a chest of rage on your ship. I see some players opt for putting it at the bottom of the of their ship and filling it partially with water but that strategy is far too volatile and violates the number one rule of sea of thieves. Water In Ship = BAD!
