The song is from Kaiba, a 12 episode anime by Madhouse and directed by Masaaki Yuasa. I wouldn't take this video as recommendation to read/watch one or the other, as aside from a similarity in art style and some tone overlap they're very different. Space Boy is a drama sci fi comic about a finding love and connection in spite of isolation. Kaiba is a surrealist sci fi about how your memories define and don't define you. They're both good, just in very different ways.
