Can Watcher beat Slay the Spire without using a SINGLE STANCE?

What could make completely avoiding The Watcher's toolkit even more difficult? Attempting to defeat the Heart as well... I have only ever played this character with Wrath and Calm at its core, so this will no doubt be a challenge in many aspects for me.
