アレンジ無限!夏野菜たっぷり簡単ラタトゥイユ

[Ingredients (serves 2-3)]
250g onion
220g king oyster mushrooms
220g eggplant
250g zucchini
200g canned chopped tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
2 pinches of brown sugar
1 teaspoon miso
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
A little pepper
◽️Arranged pasta
100g pasta
1 can of canned whole snow crab (shredded)
[How to make]
①Cut the onion, zucchini, and king oyster mushrooms into 2cm cubes, and chop the eggplant
②Put about 4 tablespoons of olive oil and crushed garlic in a frying pan and heat
③Add the onion and eggplant to ② and coat with olive oil
④Add the zucchini and king oyster mushrooms to ③ and coat with olive oil
