Blade Vortex POE 3.20 Build Guide - Week 3 Update - No-Hit Forbidden Sanctum Guide for Path of Exile

Cold-Conversion Blade Vortex is a no-hit wonder!

In this video, I'll break down how I've transformed my Cold BV build into something capable of clearing the Forbidden Sanctum without getting hit, then showcase a run through the 4th floor.

Mark my words, I will earn an Original Sin ring on this build before the league ends.

Only use this loadout if your goal is to no-hit the Sanctum, it's designed to barely survive through the maps necessary to unlock the Sanctum rooms with a gem swap, and will get absolutely demolished by any juiced content.
