General Accident (The DJ Kat Show)

This fantastic 'General Hospital' spoof originally aired in 7 parts in 1994 as part of the British children's TV programme 'The DJ Kat Show', which was produced from 1986 to 1995 for Sky One. The show was co-written by Richard Preddy and Gary Howe, both of whom later went on to write for Harry Enfield, 'The Fast Show' and 'Smack The Pony'. Of note in the cast was Scottish actress Jacqueline Pirie (Jacqueline Chadwick), who later starred in 'Coronation Street' and 'Emmerdale'.

This amazing show has been somewhat lost in the pages of children's TV history, but I can guarantee that any kid who had Sky in the early 90s will remember it fondly.
