HELLO \o/ first post of 2021 wahoo!!! here she is.... the long awaited Suzu soft VB.......... ive been wanting to make one for years but always hesitated, until i gave it a try and liked the result enough that i thought it would be nice to release publicly ; v ;

a brief description of this vb; Suzu CRYSTAL is a VCV-configured voicebank, leaning towards calm/natural tone consists of A3, D4, G4, and C5 pitches! this time with more complete otos thanks to Noah (@noahzette) for the base oto!!! (srsly my lifesaver sobs) more features are included in her readme file, so be sure to check it out~

OH and her official design is made by the amazing Tori!!! i srsly couldnt thank them enough for always making the best designs for Suzu..... ;__; the one on the video isn't her official design, so pls check Suzu CRYSTAL's official design on her VB folder (and Tori's twitter @redbirddraws) too!!

i wanted to thank Naki too for the wonderful mixing!! it was rlly fun to figure things out together and make the mix work really well!! 🙌🙌

also this is my first time using my own illustrations and animating them in After Effects....... 🙈 i worked rlly hard on it and definitely took waaay longer time to finish compared to my previous covers jdfkdjfg,,,, i was kinda struggling through the process but overall it was a fun challenge!! im planning to focus more on animations in the future....

and maybe it's just me but i kept thinking the song doesn't rlly showcase Suzu CRYSTAL's softness very well bcz the song is more upbeat... but tbh, making her sing a jazz song (specifically this one bcz ive loved this song for yeeeearsss), and making my own animated PV has always been my biggest goals, so i'm really happy with the result ; v ;

with all that said, i hope u all enjoy Suzu CRYSTAL's VB and this cover!! and just a heads up, i probably wont be posting as often as i used to anymore bcz im gonna get busier due to rl stuff (mostly uni), but i will always try my best to put quality content!! thank u to everyone who still sticks around with me until this day ;__; 💕
