Let's unpack this incredible duo. Vishad and Irshad are both husbands, dads, and come from a super supportive family back in South Africa (major shoutout to those champions!). Together, they launched a legal battle that shook the entire South African constitution – talk about power couples!
But wait, there's more! Here in Canada, Vishad snagged the BC Good Citizenship Award for his epic contributions to society. And get this – he's the first-ever internal EDI Senior Manager for the City of Burnaby, where he's implemented a ton of incredible initiatives to make the city a more inclusive space.
Meanwhile, Irshad is now a total rockstar at BC Hydro, working as the Chief Tech Architect. He's been leading the charge to make city services more tech-driven and inclusive for everyone.
