This Soundscape has been designed to alternate your focus from the Chimes to the Crickets and Back. Start by following the melody of the Chimes until a lull happens. Then, notice the Crickets. Just as the Crickets Song starts to become monotonous, allow your attention to drift back over to the Wind Chimes. Let your Mind "Day Dream". Allow your thoughts to come and go. See if you can become aware of any Patterns of Thought, while alternating between Chimes and Crickets. Often great inspiration comes in the " In Between"... Happy Meditation! 😊
