New speedrun category, new run. Only 4-star characters with 4-star light cones (and herta's shop light cones) allowed.
Here is my best run (for the moment) of World 9 under 10 min with a full 4 star team. The last Boss was done in Panic Mode since I knew a sub 10 was achievable x).
If you're interested in speedrunning HSR but find it pointless without E6S5 5-star, try the "4 Star Only" category which significantly reduces the whale factor.
