To remove lenses, cut a 10 cm length of nylon cord (such as fishing line).

It's helpful to cut the end of the nylon cord on an angle to form a pointed tip, making it easier to thread into the groove and fit through tighter spaces.

Rotate the lens slightly in the frame until a gap appears, then thread the nylon cord through the gap.

Hold both ends of the cord and maneuver it around the lens until it can be detached.

To install new lenses, align the lens groove with the frame while supporting both the top of the frame and the lens with your fingers.

Insert the nylon cord into the lens groove at the sharpest corner. While pulling outward, work the cord around the groove until the lens is securely seated.

Slide the cord to the bottom center of the lens and remove it by pulling one side of the cord.
