Apparently, people have started to notice that the Japanese worlds on VR Chat like JP Tutorial World have taken measures to stop foreigners from entering their world.

This is because the world is called JP Tutorial World, and as the name suggests, it is meant for Japanese people who speak Japanese. Too many people who don't speak Japanese run in there and ruin the experience for everybody. So much so that they basically had to leave VR Chat and create their own version of it called "Cluster".
