Blade Vortex POE 3.22 League Starter Build Guide - Full Trial of the Ancestors Update

Path of Exile's Trial of the Ancestors League has finally had its 3.22 Patch Notes released, and with relatively few balance changes to speak of, it looks like my BV League-Starter will be blasting as strong as ever.

Plus, now that I've had several months to experiment with different responses to the leveling-meta shake-up from last patch, I've fully optimized that section of the guide to get you back to Maps and more ASAP.
